A new mining development program has been launched for young graduates interested in going into the industry. South Africa's Minerals Minister Mosebenzi Zwane launched the Young Leader Career Development Program at the just concluded Mining Indaba. The initiative is designed to groom and equip potential mining executives with the tools to manage cyclical downturns.
